Robert asks…

where can i buy a blackberry torch 9810 for the cheapest price on contract?

im looking for a blackberry torch 9810 for the cheapest price on contrct but i dont know what websites to look on help me please 10 POINTS FOR THE BEST ANSWER!!!xx

admin answers:

Hey there,

There are literally hundreds if not thousands of mobile phones price comparison websites and as with car insurance websites they don't always list the same deals - always best to check if they show exactly how many mobile phone deals they have in their database as a good starting point.

Always check that the text on the website is written in good english as well as there seem to be lots of foreign people setting up these websites at the moment.

I've used Phones Limited for my last 4 phone deals and have found that they have always shown me the best deal, I really like that you can actually look on their site to see how your deal is the cheapest as they show deals from other mobile phone shops below your that are more expensive!
They have deals for the Blackberry Torch 9810 on O2, Orange, T-Mobile, 3 and Vodafone as well as Pay As You Go, see here:
http://www.phoneslimited.co.uk/Blackberry/9810+Torch.html
Looks like the best deal for a free phone today is on Orange at £26 per month on 2 tariffs.
Hope this helps!

Anyone know when the new BlackBerry Torch 9810 is coming out?

admin answers:

August 16, 2011. The october date that someone else gave is the release date in the UK and seeing as how you have an American football picture, I imagine you are from the USA.

Mark asks…

What is so bad about the Blackberry Torch 9810?

Everyone is telling me not to buy the Torch 9810 and get an apple iphone or android why? I currently have a curve 8520 and I bbm a lot so I was thinking of getting another Blackberry.

admin answers:

I believe its simply that the torch 9810 has had a few known problems. But dont be put off by what people who love androids and iphones say. Ive had the curve 9300 3g 9months and not a single problem. The 9300 3g and the bold 9780 are very good phones. And there is now the 9360 curve to consider also. Go to www.carphonewarehouse.com and read actual user/owner reviews on each model blackberry. Sometimes someone has a bad experience with a particular make of phone and their put off for life. Read reviews and make your own decision.

Donald asks…

Is Blackberry Torch 9810 compatible with Simple Mobile?

I want to buy an unlocked Blackberry Torch 9810 and was wondering if it's compatible with Simple Mobile. Has anyone had success with it?

For 3G, Simple Mobile requires a 1700 MHz bandwith, and this is the torch's:
850 MHz;900 MHz;1800 MHz;1900 MHz;UMTS: Band I (2100);UMTS: Band IV (1700/2100);UMTS: Band V (850)

Would the UMTS 1700 work?

admin answers:

If the Blackberry Torch 9810 that you are going to use is supporting the 1700/2100 UMTS then it will work with Simple mobile sim card.
