iphone 4 Vs HTC Desire Vs Blackberry Torch, which has a better GPS?

I live outside the US and because my car doesnt have a GPS I rely on my Iphone 3g currently.

I will be getting a new phone and GPS is important to me. I hear although HTC comes with voice navigation guidance this feature is not available outside US.

Which of the three phones is better with regard to GPS accuracy and also the options that come with their GPS?

High quality mechanism is always made by Apple. Other companies try to do in months, what Apple has achieved in years. This of course, doesn't work.

So, my answer would be iPhone 4.

And, HTC Desire doesn't have built in turn-by-turn navigation. Only newer HTC phones, or if the phones has the latest firmware (which is very unlikely). And this only works in US and UK.

EDIT: There is a reason why I haven't included the RIM BlackBerry Torch...

Well it depends what you want to do with your phone. If you love all the gadgets, apps and games, the iphone is a clear winner. It also does look very good. The problem with the iphone is the cost. Very expensive. You have to pay alot for the phone and if you want a decent tarriff that will cost you also.

I have a blackerry and the BBM is great for texting friends who also have them. Very very easy to text as they are buttons not touch screen and its not complicated to use at all. Ring, text and use a camera which is good. Also you wont get ripped off with the tariffs.

I have just bought a Blackberry torch and am planning on using the fitness apps. Is there such a thing as a running case or an upper arm pouch that you can buy for it?

Should i get a case for my blackberry torch 9800?

I have a blackberry torch 9800 in black, should i get a case for it, does it damages easily?
I already have a screen protector on it. I am usually very carefull with my electronics as i will put them in my pocket, screen side inwards and i would have a clean pocket with nothing else in it. Looking for specific blackberry tour case?

Hey everyone,
I have a newly purchased Blackberry Tour (9630)
and I saw a girl the other night with a super cute silicone gel skin!
It was bright orange and it had the blackberry logo going down the back, I asked her about it and she said she bought it from ebay and that it came in a pack of 4 or 5.
I know that they are brightly colored and I totally am in love with them.
I need help finding them, if anyone can help me out, that would be great.
And I love the fact that the blackberry logo was "Etched" into the back of the skin, that was an awesome plus!

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

P.S. she said she got the pack of i think it was either 4 or 5 skins for like $1.00 plus $3.00 or $4.00 for shipping and handling, she also said it was an actual store on ebay... i am pretty ebay challenged, so any help would be great. Thanks so much again!

How can I fix my blackberry battery problem?

So I have a blackberry 9650 bold and I just got it about 2 months ago new of course. I've noticed recently about( last Saturday) that the battery had been draining extremely fast. I've tried to turn off the wifi and mobile network but it still drains in a few hours. I haven't yet considered a new battery since it was new . And I don't have any apps running out of the norm. I had a blackberry curve for a year and came to sprint and got an htc hero but I dont really like the battery life and the touch screen typing is not my thing. I do however like the music player on it and the web browsing experience is amazing but the email display really sucks, all i get is the html coding and links. I do know that blackberry battery life is amazing compared to androids.

blackberry bold 9650 help?

iv had my blackberry bold for a lil over a year. everything was fine until i turned it off for the fisr time in a while. i think it updated itself or something because now its really slow, and ever since then no matter how long i charge it the batteryy is dead by noon-2pm. i thought maybe it was my battery so i went on amazon and bought a brand new blackberrry bold battery and it doesnt make a difference. its still dying like crazy around the same time. someone said to me today that it miht not be the battery, but the phone itself.. i dont know whats going on but i need some help and answers. has this happned to anyone else? i have dropped it a few times but not enough to cause any serious damage. i take care of my phone so idky this is happening. hellppp. what should i do?

I can only think to check all apps are closed, best to click on each one, then press menu and select close, rather than just pressing the back key. And maybe install an anti virus, go to www.mylookout.com on your phone and download the free mylookout anti virus.

Will Verizon sell me a new/extended battery for my blackberry?

My Blackberry Bold 9650 device works fine. I used to charge my battery overnight and then my phone would work for a good 6-9 hours. Now lately, my battery will only last 3 and I find myself having to charge it 2 to 4 times a day for 45 minutes. Will they give me a new battery?

HTC Evo or the Blackberry bold 9650 on Sprint?

I can get a new phone but i'm not sure which one to go with between these two. I like the idea of the Evo but heard that the battery life is terrible but i don't personally know anybody who has one. And with the blackberrry it seems like everyone likes BBM. Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

The battery life is great if you know how to set it. If you download a task manager and set all of your apps to auto-kill your battery can last for a great while. I also keep my internet off when I'm not using it and my brightness all the way down. There are also apps like KIK or LiveProfile that you can download which are just BBM and you can use it on Blackberries, Androids, and iPhones. I have never liked Blackberries. My brother was going through the same thing he didn't know if he should get a new Blackberry or an Evo and I convinced him to get the Evo. He has had nothing but Blackberries for a long time and he's glad he switched!
